Next Step Pte Ltd was founded in 2007 by Mr. Chew with a mission: to be the most professional, agile and helpful consulting company in Asia.

Mr. Chew comes from a strong corporate background with management experience in Hewlett Packard and Singapore Technologies Group.  He was one of the youngest entrepreneurs in Singapore who was instrumental in bringing his consulting business to pubic listing with a major conglomerate in the Singapore Stock Exchange in 2000.

In 2007, Mr. Chew started Next Step Pte Ltd, headquartered in Singapore with focus of building Practice Leadership Team - a team of experienced leaders in specific industries with their distinguished expertise.  Mr. Chew and the Practice Leadership Team has covered various key roles of clients in these areas as Senior Corporate Management, Field Advisory and Master Distributor of Asia.

Over the past decades, Mr. Chew and the Practice Leadership team has also played pivotal roles in bringing several US, European and Australian based companies into the Asian market and assisting the company’s successful launch with sustainable growth.

The Practice Leadership team’s skillset in corporate governance, management skill and business network building resources in fast growing Asia regional markets has landed Next Step's talent and services a reputation that all is after.   The markets, regulatory structures and government system in Asian region keeps evolving and developing. With Mr. Chew's extensive leadership and network built up in the region over the last 25 years, Next Step has always stayed relevant in the market and that gains proven track record of managing a wide portfolio of businesses and achievements in the industry.

Mr. Chew is also a certified Digital Marketer with 4As Singapore; which is increasingly competitive component for marketing strategies in Asia.
